FAQs

  • Why should I hire a professional bartending service?

Hiring a professional bartending service brings expertise, efficiency, and peace of mind. Our trained bartenders create a drink menu tailored to your event’s style, handle setup and cleanup, and serve responsibly. Many venues require licensed bartenders, so having our team ensures your event stays safe, compliant, and stress-free.

  • How does it work?

As a dry-hire service, you provide the alcohol, and we take care of everything else. Our bartenders bring all the tools, mixers, and garnishes needed for a polished bar experience. We handle setup, service, and cleanup, so your bar runs smoothly without you lifting a finger. Florida law prevents mobile bartenders from selling alcohol, so you stay in control of your drink selection and budget without paying bar or restaurant markups.

  • How much should I purchase for my event?

Every event is different, so we help you determine exactly what you’ll need using industry guidelines and our experience. We create a personalized shopping list based on your drink menu, guest count, event length, and the style of your celebration. This ensures you buy the right amount without overspending or running out — and if you have any leftovers, they’re simply yours to enjoy later.

  • Are you insured?

Yes. We carry both general liability and liquor liability insurance, and our coverage extends to our bartenders while they’re working your event. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

  • How far do you travel?

We’re based in St. Augustine, Florida, and travel up to 50 miles for events. This includes Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra, Nocatee, Palm Coast, and surrounding communities. Additional distances may be available upon request; travel fees may apply.

  • What is your payment policy?

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due one week before your event. Payments can be made by check or credit card through our secure online invoices. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is received, giving you peace of mind that your bar service is reserved.
